CASE MANAGER
The Case Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Bethany House strategy for moving women, and women with children, from homelessness to stability and permanent housing. The successful candidate for this position will have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience working in a homeless services setting. The Case Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to address adult and child health, mental health, development, education, supplemental income, career development, employment and housing readiness issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in case management, individual and group counseling as well as crisis intervention is essential.
Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 dependent upon education and experience.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
Bethany House is currently looking to hire full and part-time Direct Support Professionals to work with homeless women, and women with children, in emergency shelter and supportive housing settings. All positions require a high school diploma and experience working with people in a residential care or treatment setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Compensation: $17.57 per hour for part-time employees or $36,546 annually for full-time employees.

RESIDENCE DIRECTOR
The Residence Director is responsible for the oversight and management of a residential program for homeless women, and women with children, that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Residence Director must have the experience and proven ability to recruit, hire and lead a team of direct support professionals. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and management experience in a residential care setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 dependent upon education and experience.

PART-TIME CASE MANAGER
The Part-time Case Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Bethany House strategy for moving women, and women with children, from homelessness to stability and permanent housing. This is a part-time position involving flex time up to 19 hours a week. The successful candidate for this position will have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience working in a homeless services setting. The Part-time Case Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to address adult and child health, mental health, development, education, supplemental income, career development, employment and housing readiness issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in case management, individual and group counseling as well as crisis intervention is essential.

LIVE-IN RESIDENCE MANAGER
The Live-in Residence Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of a transitional residential program for homeless women, and women with children, that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Live-in Residence Manager must have the experience and proven ability to fully operate and maintain a transitional residential program and recruit and supervise a part-time residence manager. The candidate should have a high school degree and extensive facility management experience in a residential care setting. Experience in providing direct support to homeless individuals and crisis intervention is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. This position involves a 40-hour work week with flexibility for managing issues on-call.

The Part-time Live-in Residence Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of a residential program for homeless women, and women with children two days a week. The Part Time Live-in Residence Manager must have the experience and proven ability to fully operate and maintain a transitional residential program. The candidate should have a high school degree and extensive facility management experience in a residential care setting. Experience in providing direct support and crisis intervention with homeless individuals and families is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. This position involves a two day a week work schedule with flexibility for managing issues on-call.
Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 with full room and board two days a week.
